Code of Conduct

The Dojo Talent team and community are made up of a mixture of professionals and volunteers from all over the world, working on every aspect of the network - including building the platform, referring high-quality freelancers, and inviting organizations that need gaming & Web3 projects built.

This code applies equally to everyone involved at Dojo Talent.

Creating a peaceful & safe environment for all the professionals & volunteers is our first priority. In order to maintain that, please consider the code of conduct at every step you take in the Dojo Talent community.

If you believe someone is violating the code of conduct, we ask that you report it by emailing info@dojotalent.com.

Each individual is equally important to the Dojo Talent community is a key player on our team, and deserves respect. Please be respectful & patient with everyone. Members of our community should always be ready to give each other the benefit of the doubt, acknowledge each other’s best efforts, and do their part to create a healthy and supportive work environment, both in-person and virtually.

We are a community that welcomes and supports people of all backgrounds and identities.

We won’t agree all the time, but disagreement is no excuse for poor behavior and poor manners. Please consider that a community where people feel uncomfortable or threatened is not a productive one. Members of the Dojo Talent community should be respectful when dealing with other members as well as with people outside the community. We’ll work together to understand each other and we’ll learn from our mistakes together.

There are some unacceptable behaviors in our community, such as:

  1. Violent language directed against another person

  2. Discriminatory jokes and language

  3. Posting sexually explicit or violent material

  4. Posting other people's personally identifying information

  5. Any kind of insults

  6. Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior.

  7. We have a zero-tolerance policy against discrimination. Discrimination or harassment based on another person’s race, skin color, religion, sex, national origin, political convictions, citizenship, age, sexual orientation, disability, marital status, or any other bases prohibited by law, will not be tolerated.
